iLogos: the best game company

Since 2016, this team has been helping the whole world to immerse themselves in a virtual adventure that can really distract from extraneous everyday problems.

iLogos is a game development studio that strives to make the whole world know how to be entertained, interested, surprised, and calmed through mobile games.

Some information

Developers always get what they originally intended. Not every game is tied to the Internet, and this is already impressive.

  1. There is creating fun and exciting mechanics for completely random puzzles. You can play this even if you are on a train or flying in an airplane.
  2. There is creating incredible visual effects causes a flurry of emotions, so it’s hard to “get out” of the game and do something else.
  3. Almost all games are adapted for a different platform, for a different phone and operating system – and this is really cool, because not everyone has Android or iOS.

You can read about this company in detail here if you want to understand and study it in full: iLogos.biz. iLogos has worked with indie developers, with unique gaming giants EA, SONY, Disney, Rovio, and Ubisoft. There are more than 450 closed projects that are incredibly popular around the world – this is really an achievement.

The structure of iLogos

Restructuring is absolutely not a new phenomenon for the company, so all employees have long been accustomed to the fact that something may change. But this does not affect the relationship between people in any way – everyone remains so. iLogos is growing, so it is important to strengthen it with management. At the moment, the structure of the gaming company looks like this: there is a board of directors of four people – CEO, CBDO, and two founders. There is top management, where three heads of directions are art, development, production. Next, there are the leads and project teams.

Resource management teams are responsible for the transition between projects, including heads of departments who understand what is happening, when a project ends, and a new one begins, what expertise is needed, what people to gather and hire. It’s an endless tag game in terms of rearranging people and monitoring progress. They try to change people only after the end of the project, otherwise, it causes stress. But in such a change of staff is the whole point, because everyone comes to a new place with their own thoughts and fresh ideas. Isn’t this the most important thing for the company? For example, concept artists like to work with different materials; for them, the specificity of moving from a project to a project with a different style is even a plus. There are many such examples.

The company tries to be present at conferences, in thematic groups, Telegram channels, Discord-channel, job search sites. Representatives of iLogos try to be everywhere and hire in all possible ways and through all channels. There is no staff limit, so anyone can join the global game development team if they have talent and IT skills.
