the (possible) best NES graphic/sprite hacking tool to date

This tool is simply AMAZING for hacking ANY Nes Rom
what it does is that I pretty much turns the ENTIRE rom into a series of bitmap images, allowing you to edit them via MS Paint/whatever image editor you use

the only downside is that EVERYTHING is in Gray scale, and must be kept in gray scale to work
