"New Super Luigi U" It isn't really a new game, but DLC that let's the main character become Luigi, and has redone all 80 stages to be much more difficult.
Mario and Luigi RPG 4: Dream Team - Takes place inside Luigi's Dreams
A new Mario Golf game.
A new Mario vs. Donkey Kong game.
More Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon gameplay.

There's plenty of other great games that were announced that I did not list, so you might want to watch it.
