Super Mario RPG stuck - Gokuakyou - 10-26-2008 02:20 PM
Okay i have defeated Johnny the shark in the sunken ship, but when mario colects the star, the game gets stuck , i cant move mario , jump , press any button, nothing!!!!! it gets stuck in the Star Pieces screen!!!!
please help me i love this game so much!

Are you using an emulator or playing it on the actual console?

Ah, that would explain it. My #1 recommendation is buying it, (either for the SNES or Virtual Console), but I understand if you can't get it. Secondly, try a different ROM, (download it from somewhere else), you'll lose your save file though, (nothing I can do about that
). Finally, if nothing else works, try a different emulator. Hope the advice helps!

Does anyone actually know why the rom for this won't work? Surely computers these days can emulate a SNES game...
