INNOVATION!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Super\nMario is a series that prides itself of bringing in new things to not just the\nplatforming genre, but the gaming industry overall. Every single new\ninstallment in the Super Mario franchise changes how developers should be\nthinking about their games. As an example, Super Mario 64 was the very first\nfull on 3D Super Mario game, and it did so well because of a few reasons. One\nof which was a whole new set of gameplay mechanics that were created from\nscratch, they were unlike anything in the gaming industry at the time. These\ngames are always innovating in their level design, their character design and\ntheir gameplay to keep you guessing on what the newer installment holds in\nstore for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. CONCISE MOVEMENT MECHANICS!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nmovement in Super Mario is unparalleled for a reason, it is tight controls with\na strict focus on movement. Even if you go so far as the original Super Mario\ngame from 1985, the game has a huge emphasis on playing it calm and timing\nevery jump right. If you mess up your timing, the Goomba will knock you out, if\nyou mess up the timing you\u2019ll get a bad score on the flags at the end of each\nlevel. This focus on precise timing moved into even the newer games in the\nseries and has managed to remain consistently there despite any innovations\nbeing brought into the series!
