40 barrels of oil per day is currently being spilled into the gulf of Mexico! I’m pretty sure this is one of, if not the biggest, man made environmental disasters ever. Look after the planet people, no planet = no people.

Here is a little clip of the voice actor behind Mario, sometimes it’s cool to see a video and not just a picture!

Mario is one of those rare characters that can somehow endorse and sell any kind of product. From Mario pinball machines to Mario shoelace holders, there is something about that round faced plumber that just lends itself to commercialism! So what do we have here?

How many times have you caught yourself sneezing only to think “surely this could have been Mario-fied a little more?” or perhaps you have blown your nose on a regular styled tissue and thought to yourself “sure it was ok, but where is the excitement?”…well fear no more, your prayers have been answered! Thanks to my good friends Kallen and Lissy I am now the proud owner of some Mario Tissues! This 6 pack of Mario Madness was found in Fukuoka Japan and has traveled all the way back to Melbourne Victoria.

I have seen this ad on Australian TV twice now and just had to share it with the world. This was the best version of it I could find on youtube, but the colour and sound is a little off unfortunately 🙁

Well as promised, we have a bit of information regarding our latest fan art submission! Jon writes about how he created these awesome pieces of Mario Fan art:

They were really simple to make! They are constructed out of Perler
Beads bought at any hobby shop or craft store. Just simply find a game
sprite pattern of any video game character you wish and merely match
the colors with beads and iron! Place sticky side magnets (also bought
at hobby stores) and bammo Mario magnets!

Jon says he is also making plans to create some Mega Man and Zelda magnets as well, so we will have to keep an eye out for them!

Get those creative brains to work people, we need more Game magnets!
