RE: Mario Gameboy games
Yeah there are a few, probably the best one was super mario land 2: the six golden coins. But there was also Super Mario Land, Wario Land, Dr Mario, and a game called Mario and Yoshi. I actually had a fair bit of fun with six golden coins, and it's well worth a play if you can find it these days.

RE: Mario Gameboy games
Don't forget Yoshi's cookie. It was a game featuring Mario and Yoshi in a bakery. The game-play was good but repetitive and got boring after a while. It was a puzzle game...

I think there was also a series of four games called game gallery. Each one had about 4 to 8 different games or something and a lot of unlockables. There were the original games such as flag and pie maker as well as mario versions.

And finally, not really a "Mario" game, but you can't forget Donkey Kong Four or what ever it was... The one where DK runs off and you have to complete a puzzle to get to him. It is the improved version of the one where he throws barrels at you.

I'm not completely sure if they are all for GBC but I've played them all and from memory they were game-boy color games.

There is also a huge variation of games for GBA.

Off the top of my head there is

Mario Kart- Super Circuit which I'm sure you've all heard of..
Mario Party Advance. It is basically the same as mario party 1 for Nintendo 64 but it has a story mode.

And Mario vs Donkey Kong. It is the one where they introduced the bobble head mario toys ^_^

Another thing I forgot for GBC is Mario Tennis!! How could anyone forget that!???

Mario Tennis is a game where you are a normal looking girl/boy staying a tennis academy/ tennis boarding school. You practice until you are good enough to join the traveling team and the game ends.. As you play you unlock mario tennis courts to play on which have the official music from that game.

You can also play as baby Mario, baby Luigi or Donkey kong and I think you can unlock more characters.. It has been ages since I have played.

Yoshi's cookie was also for NES. (I remember my parents playing that game with a very competitive passion Big Grin)
