I downloaded a pack with WindowBlinds, Y'z Shadow, Mac ICOs, ObjectDock, etc., etc., and I got THIS:

From the person who owns a Mac, I have to point out a few problems. First, here's a screenshot of my Mac:

First off, the dock is the wrong style. IIRC, there's actually a theme in ObjectDock that's pretty much exactly like that, but I have used it for ages. Also, folders and the recycle bin appear on the right-hand side of the dock, not wherever they are now. You can easily change the start menu symbol into a Finder symbol by switching around some files in ObjectDock's folder. And, the top bar is slightly different, although it might be like that on Snow Leopard or Lion, but I only have access to Leopard.

Apart from that, good job.
