All these settings are in your User CP, so they aren't updating? What's it say when you click "apply" or whatever?

I fixed it all up for you Nivlac, I believe the issue was because you had selected the old theme. Let me know if there are more issues mate.

Sorry I haven't been around much the last few days guys, I have a big assignment due next week and have been spending my time trying to get that working. I'm still around and will try to fix the issues when I can.
