Hmmm...well I don't think we need to have moderators on ALL the time, that would just get tiring to the mods and stuff. Perhaps we could have a stickied thread in Bugs/General Chat where people could accuse? The only rule would be you would have to have a screenshot of the offense. And of course, no flame wars.

Although now that we have a shoutbox, I don't think it's necessary, even though only members can shout.

I am darrensmits I am new in this site, first time I have seen this site and I like it much. About chat-room would be a good thoughts as long as we have at least 4/5 mods to continuously watch it. I suggest using a Groupboard.
